Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of CMS-D002, sponsored by Shenzhen Kangzhe Biotechnology. Primary endpoints: Total radioactivity recovery and cumulative total radioactivity recovery at each time interval in excreta (urine and feces) at Day 16, Percentage of parent drug and metabolites in total plasma radioactivity exposure and in the administered dose recovered in urine and feces (%Dose) at Day 16 and 5 more.
