Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of RGB5088 in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Primary endpoints: Adverse Events at 1 year and Proportion of subjects achieving HbA1c <7.0% or a reduction from baseline >=1% at 365 days. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
