Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of ruxolitinib cream in Acute Graft-Versus-Host Disease (aGvHD), sponsored by Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Number of patients with a clinical response at Day 7 and Number of patients with a clinical response at Day 28. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
