Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial in IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) and systemic sclerosis (SSc). Primary endpoints: Incidence and Severity of Adverse Events and Serious Adverse Events at 52 weeks and Maximum Tolerated Dose and Recommended Phase 2 Dose at 2 weeks. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
