Overview
Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial of OMS1620 in congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) (3 arms), sponsored by OMass Therapeutics. Primary endpoints: Incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) at Day 25, Maximum concentration in plasma at Day 7 and 1 more.
