Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of VSA012 in paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) (2 arms), sponsored by BiSiRNA Therapeutics. Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients with sustained hemoglobin levels >= 120 g/L without RBC transfusion. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
