Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of bevacizumab, oxaliplatin, irinotecan hydrochloride liposome injection (II) + temozolomide + bevacizumab, folinic acid and fluorouracil in rectal cancer, sponsored by The Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University. Primary endpoint: Disease-Free Survival at 3 years. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
