Overview
Phase 2 trial of C-CAR168 in primary progressive multiple sclerosis (PPMS) and Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (SPMS), sponsored by AbelZeta. Primary endpoints: Incidence and Severity of Treatment-Emergent Adverse Events at 24 months and Proportion of Participants With 6-Month Composite Confirmed Disability Progression at 12 months.
