Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of polymyxin B, tigecycline and vancomycin in bacterial meningitis. Primary endpoints: Feasibility and safety of cranial burr hole procedure and 7-day continuous intracalvariosseous antibiotic infusion at 8 days, Proportion of participants requiring rescue intrathecal/intraventricular antibiotic therapy at 3 days and 1 more. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
