Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in tinnitus and cochlear synaptopathy (CS) comparing paliroden (CIL001) with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Incidence, nature, and severity of adverse events and serious adverse events at 6 months. Planned start Jan 2027; status: not yet recruiting.
