Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of ATTO-1310 in chronic pruritus of unknown origin (CPUO) (7 arms), sponsored by Attovia Therapeutics. Primary endpoint: ≥4-point improvement from baseline in Worst Itch Numerical Rating Scale at 12 weeks. Planned start Dec 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
