Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in neuropathic corneal pain (NCP) comparing Urcosimod Ophthalmic Solution with Vehicle ophthalmic solution (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change from baseline in ocular pain assessed by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) at 12 weeks. Planned start Sep 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
