Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of leronlimab in colorectal cancer (CRC), sponsored by City of Hope. Primary endpoint: Proportion of patients completing all four planned HAI cycles with a relative dose intensity >= 80%. Planned start May 2027; status: not yet recruiting.
