Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial in acute postoperative pain comparing Esmolol Hydrochloride, Dexmedetomidine and Placebo (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Total postoperative opioid consumption at 24 hours and Patient-controlled analgesia utilization parameters at 24 hours. Started Jul 2026; status: recruiting.
