Overview
Randomised, open-label trial in obesity, immune abnormality and low-grade inflammation (3 arms), sponsored by Inserm. Primary endpoint: Change in the percentage of PD-1+ CD4+ T cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells at 3 months. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
