Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of [11C]PS13 in heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), sponsored by Stony Brook University. Primary endpoint: Change in [11C]PS13 Total Distribution Volume (VT) in Global Gray Matter at 12 weeks. Planned start Oct 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
