Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of doravirine and islatravir in human immunodeficiency virus type 1 infection (HIV-1), sponsored by Merck & Co. Primary endpoints: Area under the plasma concentration-time curve from dosing to 24 hours postdose of ISL, Maximum plasma concentration of ISL at Day 28 and 6 more.
