Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of agenT-797 in B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL), sponsored by UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Number of participants with Grade 3 or higher Treatment Related Adverse Events (CTCAE) at 9 months, Number of participants with Grade 3 or higher Treatment Related Adverse Events - cytokine release syndrome (CRS) at 9 months and 1 more. Planned start Dec 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
