Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of FXS4640, sponsored by Fosun Pharma. Primary endpoints: Total radiorecovery and cumulative radiorecovery in urine and feces per time interval at 504 hours, The percentage of plasma total radioactivity exposure accounted for by the parent compound and its metabolites (%AUC) at 240 hours and 1 more.
