Overview
Randomised, double-blind trial of Lidocaine Hydrochloride Injection, without epinephrine in myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) and Chronic neck pain (2 arms), sponsored by Mardin Artuklu University. Primary endpoint: Average Neck and Cervicoscapular Pain Intensity at 4 weeks. Planned start Apr 2027; status: not yet recruiting.
