Overview

Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of ceritinib in meningioma. Primary endpoints: Progression-Free Survival at 90 weeks, Overall Response Rate at 90 weeks and 1 more. Planned start Jan 2027; status: not yet recruiting.

Recurrent Meningiomas, Grade I and Grade II
Patients receive ceritinib 450mg daily

Who it enrols

Adults with confirmed recurrent grade I or II meningioma, KPS >= 70, adequate organ function, and life expectancy >= 6 months. Excludes patients with active systemic illness, recent anticancer therapy, heart disease, or long QT syndrome.
