Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of Varseta-M in colorectal cancer (CRC) (2 arms), sponsored by CytomX. Primary endpoints: Safety and tolerability of varsetatug masetecan in combination with bevacizumab + 5-FU + leucovorin at 27 months and Progression-Free Survival based on blinded independent central review at 27 months. Planned start Dec 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
