Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of SC-CAR.CLEC2Av1 in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), sponsored by Seattle Children's. Primary endpoints: Dose Limiting Toxicities and Treatment-Related Adverse Events at 28 days and Feasibility of manufacturing SC-CAR.CLEC2Av1 CAR T cells at 28 days.
