Apremilast XR vs IR Bioavailability in Healthy Adults

Phase 1, randomised, open-label trial of apremilast in psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis (PsA) and Oral ulcer (2 arms), sponsored by Amgen. Primary endpoints: Area Under the Plasma Concentration-time Curve from Time Zero extrapolated to Infinity at Day 4, Area Under the Plasma Concentration-time Curve from Time Zero to Time of Last Quantifiable Concentration at Day 4 and 1 more.
