ICP-B161 SAD and MAD Study in Healthy Participants

Phase 1, randomised, double-blind trial in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) comparing ICP-B161 with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of abnormal vital signs, physical examination findings and abnormal ECG results at 321 days, Incidence, severity and relationship of adverse events at 321 days and 1 more.
