Overview
Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of asciminib in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), sponsored by City of Hope. Primary endpoints: Incidence of dose limiting toxicity and Maximum tolerated dose/recommended phase 2 dose up to 18.6 months. Planned start Oct 2027; status: not yet recruiting.
