Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of tissue-plasminogen activator in pulmonary embolism (PE) (2 arms), sponsored by National Center for Cardiovascular Disease. Primary endpoint: Change in the ratio of right ventricular end-diastolic diameter to left ventricular end-diastolic diameter at 48 hours. Planned start Nov 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
