Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of saxagliptin in vegetative state (VS) and Minimally conscious state (MCS) (2 arms), sponsored by Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare. Primary endpoints: Incidence of serious adverse events at 30 days and Change in Coma Recovery Scale-Revised total score at 30 days. Planned start Nov 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
