Randomised, double-blind trial in Persistent postsurgical pain (PPSP) comparing Tapentadol sustained release with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Effect on conditioned pain modulation and central sensitization and Development of chronic postoperative pain during the first year after surgery.
