Open-label, single-arm trial of paroxetine, venlafaxine, escitalopram and tamoxifen in breast cancer and major depressive disorder (MDD), sponsored by Erasmus MC. Primary endpoint: Pharmacokinetics of tamoxifen and metabolites after antidepressant switch. Planned start Nov 2011; status: not yet recruiting.
