Overview
Randomised, open-label trial in kidney transplant, kidney failure and Chronic Allograft Kidney Disease (CKaD) comparing Everolimus + prednisolone maintenance, Mycophenolate sodium + prednisolone maintenance and Ciclosporin + prednisolone reference therapy (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Inflammation and fibrosis in renal biopsies, Arteriolar hyalinosis in renal biopsies and 1 more. Started Jan 2005; status: suspended.
