Phase 1, open-label, single-arm trial of cisplatin and pemetrexed in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), sponsored by Erasmus MC. Primary endpoints: Maximum tolerated dose of pemetrexed and cisplatin with conventional radiotherapy and Maximum tolerated dose of pemetrexed and cisplatin with hypofractionated radiotherapy.
