Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of rituximab, cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + vincristine + prednisone and pegfilgrastim in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) (4 arms), sponsored by HOVON. Primary endpoints: Response rate and Failure-free survival. Planned start Aug 2007; status: not yet recruiting.
