Overview
Randomised, open-label trial of somatropin and leuprolide in growth disorder (4 arms), sponsored by Dutch Growth Research Foundation. Primary endpoints: Final height with pubertal growth hormone dose escalation in children entering puberty above 140 cm, Final height with growth hormone dose comparison plus LHRH analogue in children entering puberty below 140 cm and 2 more.
