Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of linezolid and clarithromycin in multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) and Extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis (XDR-TB), sponsored by University Medical Center Groningen. Primary endpoints: Increase in linezolid AUC0-12h after clarithromycin 250 mg and Increase in linezolid AUC0-12h after clarithromycin 500 mg. Started Dec 2011; status: active, not recruiting.
