Overview
Open-label trial of Fibrinogen human, fresh-frozen plasma and desmopressin in perioperative hemorrhage, postoperative hemorrhage and coagulopathy (2 arms), sponsored by Heemskerk Biotech. Primary endpoints: Stop of bleeding after therapy and Clinical situation compared with conventional coagulation tests. Planned start Feb 2008; status: not yet recruiting.
