Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of ibritumomab tiuxetan, rituximab, lomustine, etoposide, chlorambucil and 1 more in mature B-cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma (FL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), sponsored by HOVON. Primary endpoints: Incidence of grade 3 or higher adverse events after 90Y-ibritumomab tiuxetan and Failure-free survival from start of 90Y-ibritumomab tiuxetan. Planned start Aug 2008; status: not yet recruiting.
