Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of cytarabine, idarubicin, amsacrine, filgrastim, mitoxantrone and 3 more in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), myelodysplastic syndrome with excess blasts (MDS-EB) and refractory anemia with excess blasts in transformation (RAEB-T) (7 arms), sponsored by HOVON.
