Overview
Open-label trial of methotrexate in psoriatic arthritis (PsA) and psoriasis (3 cohorts), sponsored by Erasmus MC. Primary endpoints: Difference in TCR-G profile between psoriatic skin lesions and inflamed knee joint in psoriatic arthritis, Difference in TCR-G profile between psoriatic skin in psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and 2 more.
