Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of selinexor, bortezomib and dexamethasone in multiple myeloma (MM) (2 arms), sponsored by Erasmus MC. Primary endpoints: Safety and tolerability of selinexor dose levels and Efficacy after induction and after 8 cycles. Planned start Nov 2014; status: not yet recruiting.
