Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of laromustine in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) (2 arms), sponsored by HOVON. Primary endpoints: Dose-limiting toxicity and duration of myelosuppression and Event-free survival. Planned start Oct 2008; status: not yet recruiting.
