Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of infliximab in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), sponsored by Erasmus MC Rotterdam. Primary endpoints: Number of patients in remission at 6 months after infliximab dose adjustment and Efficacy of infliximab maintenance therapy dosed at 3 mg/kg in inflammatory bowel disease.
