Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of alemtuzumab in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) (2 arms), sponsored by HOVON. Primary endpoints: Complete remission rate after induction cycle I and Severe toxicity rate after induction cycle I. Planned start May 2006; status: not yet recruiting.
