Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of prednisone, vinblastine and mercaptopurine in Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) and pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis (PLCH) (4 arms), sponsored by Vrije University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: Implementation of uniform treatment and Uniform initial evaluation and stratification. Planned start Sep 2007; status: not yet recruiting.
