Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and Subretinal neovascularization comparing Lucentis + Visudyne combination therapy with Lucentis monotherapy (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Best corrected visual acuity at month 12 versus baseline and Treatment-free interval. Planned start May 2007; status: not yet recruiting.
