Tezosentan for prevention of perioperative right ventricular failure in cardiac surgery patients with pre-operative pulmonary hypertension

Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in pulmonary hypertension due to left heart disease (PH-LHD) comparing Tezosentan with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Clinically relevant right ventricular failure during weaning from cardiopulmonary bypass. Planned start Mar 2007; status: withdrawn.
