Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial in acute lung injury (ALI) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) comparing Nebulized unfractionated heparin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Thrombin-antithrombin complexes in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and Pulmonary leak index. Planned start Feb 2007; status: not yet recruiting.
