Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (AAV), granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA), microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) and 1 more comparing Abatacept + methotrexate + steroids with Placebo + methotrexate + steroids (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Relapse rate over 24 months. Started May 2008; status: active, not recruiting.
