Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in autoimmune colitis comparing Mesalazine + ursodeoxycholic acid, Mesalazine + UDCA placebo and Double placebo (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in total number of aberrant crypt foci and Change in mRNA expression in normal colon mucosa. Planned start Aug 2008; status: withdrawn.
