Overview
Open-label, single-arm trial of simvastatin and desmopressin in hemophilia A and von Willebrand disease (VWD), sponsored by Amsterdam University Medical Center. Primary endpoints: von Willebrand factor antigen plasma levels after DDAVP during statin therapy, von Willebrand factor activity plasma levels after DDAVP during statin therapy and 3 more.
